OK, the title might evoke scenes from the 90’s but I just couldn’t resist. Apologies if the song’s going to be stuck in your head for the rest of the day…
My Monochromatic cushion range features warm and cold tones of black and gray in my loose watercolour style.
The Star Anise and Mushrooms are from my previous range, but the Liquorice cushion (black abstract brush stroke design) and the Lemon leaf as well as the Bottlebrush leaf are new.
These pillow covers are available on my online store, sold in Rands and also on my Etsy shop.
Into the Wild is the name of my 3rd collection of scatter cushions. I’m not into wooden giraffes & African masks, but I really wanted to create a collection that was ‘wild’ and that leaned more toward the contemporary side.
Galloping springboks and jumping kangaroos, savanna grasslands and warm African portraits were born, all created by my watercolour brush. These pillow covers are available on my online store, sold in Rands and also on my Etsy shop.

I promised more herringbone patterned cushions a few weeks ago. Well, let’s just say I didn’t stop there ;)
I’d like to share some new designs with you bit by bit, not all at once.
It’s like eating chocolate fondant really, really slowly, savour each bite…
Complete nautical range. Big thanks to Nico from Nihaka for the beautiful old globe.

If, however, you are an ‘all at once’ kinda person, check out my LookBook Here.

This was a little play-project of mine, and I must say I’m very pleased with the results! These new herringbone patterned cushions covers are a huge hit so far. They’re big (58x68cm), soft and beautifully stitched by my very talented seamstress.
I’m so chuffed with these that I’ve decided to broaden the colour range, so keep an eye out for three more herringbone colours coming out in the next few weeks.

See you there!
I was recently commissioned to do an art piece for a lovely lady in Johannesburg who wanted to give it as a very personal anniversary gift to her husband.
Whenever things got tough, he would say ‘shrimp boat’! Meaning they should run away together and go and live on a shrimp boat alone. I thought that’s so sweet I just had to share it!
And seeing as it’s their first wedding anniversary, paper as a gift is ideal, see traditional vs. modern anniversary gifts here.
